Young Potters

An opportunity for this age group to join us at our pottery studio for a hand building class. Igniting their creative spark off-screen and exploring the tactile medium of clay.

What: A 2hr pottery session led by one our professional tutors to lean how to hand build sculptural objects and functional vessels.

Price: £45 per spot.

What’s included: Unlimited clay during the session. At the end you’ll both pick your favourite piece which the studio will dry, glaze (clear glaze) and fire for you. We have aprons for you and the little potters.

Times: 2-4pm. Most Fridays during August and some Saturday/Sundays.

Age range: This workshop is aimed at aged 9-13 year olds.

Work Collection: Roughly 4-6 weeks after the workshop you’ll receive an email

Tutors: These sessions are led by our teachers Regina and Ella.

Child Supervision: This is a session where you can leave your child to work independently at our studio, or if you’d prefer you’re welcome to hang around in our studio. All our tutors are Enhanced DBS checked.

Cancellation policy: 7 days. Unfortunately we can’t accept cancellations due to illness, please don’t ask us to make exceptions. You’re welcome to give the class to someone else if you can’t make it - just let us know their name.
